UK Returns

Our Returns policy lasts 14 days.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging with tags remaining.
Unfortunately, if your item doesn’t fall into the above criteria it will not be eligible for a return/refund. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to anyone but your original supplier.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted;
- Any item not in its original condition
- Any item which is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

 

International Returns

To complete your International return, PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST AT support@gympeach.co.uk. We will then advise you of the returns process and the next steps.

All returns must be sent to: GymPeach, 87 Darlington Street, England, WV14EX, after an email request has been accepted.

International shipping varies from 10-21 days.

  • You are responsible for paying shipping back to us. If your country has an import duties you are liable to pay it. 
  • If the goods are shipped internationally, you will be charged shipping again if you want to exchange the item.
  • Returned goods must be accompanied by a completed returns form.
  • Returned goods must be unused & supplied with their original packaging.
  • Goods must be returned with relevant promotional/free gifts.
  • You must mark all returns as RETURNED GOODS – FAILED SALE. This must be clearly marked on the customs information document you are also required to submit (CN22 and/ or CN23) AND on the outside of the packaging. IT IS NOT SUFFICIENT TO SIMPLY SEND THE GOODS TO 'GYMPEACH RETURNS' - Customs will need proper supporting documents to justify not charging taxes upon the goods re-entering the UK. Failure to do this will result in unnecessary import taxes and VAT being charged. Either the parcel will be refused by us and returned to you by the carrier or we will be obliged to pay the carrier on your behalf, which will be deducted from any funds returned to you.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded and will be exchanged only, subject to stock, we will only replace items in their entirety if they are defective or damaged.   

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
 

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
