How long will the order process take?

Orders typically take 2-3 days to process before they are shipped - excluding weekends and holidays. During the holidays, processing times may take up to 7 days, you will however receive an email confirming your purchase and necessary shipping/tracking information where applicable.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping time in the UK 2-3 business days

Shipping time internationally 5-7 business days

Your order may still take up to 7 business days to be delivered after shipping, whilst we take every care to ensure your parcel is delivered timely unfortunately there are circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather etc), whilst every effort is made to ensure efficient shipping methods, occasionally, there are delays within shipment companies and we can not control these and they are the responsibility of the shipment companies.
